Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their trip through our site or via phone, and the cancellation is effective immediately. The total amount refunded will depend on when the traveler cancels the trip: 48 hours+ to 24 hours in advance = full refund 23 hours to 3 hours in advance = $10 Cost Notification in 3 hours or less than scheduled pickup is full price fare
